• Shag Rugs: Use spray extraction with a wool-approved product for cleaning. Shedding is normal and will decrease over time. Avoid pulling the yarn, as this may damage the rug. Canister vacuums without a beater bar are the most effective.

• Spill Cleanup: Blot the stain gently with a clean white cloth using lukewarm water. For wool rugs, avoid using water or liquid on Viscose and Tencel rugs. Rinse with clean water and use dry towels to absorb any remaining moisture.
