Caring for Your Hauteloom Rug

To maintain the beauty and condition of your Hauteloom rug: - Use the highest vacuum setting to avoid excessive suction, and occasionally vacuum the underside to remove trapped dirt. - Promptly clean up spills, gently blotting the stain with a clean white cloth. Use lukewarm water for wool rugs and avoid using water or liquid on Viscose and Tencel rugs. - Rinse with clean water and use dry towels to absorb any remaining moisture.

Smoothing Out Folds and Curls

If your new Hauteloom rug arrives with slightly curved corners, simply lay it upside down for a couple of days to allow the fibers to relax and flatten naturally. Alternatively, place heavy objects on each corner for a couple of days to smooth out the curves.
